Your Employee Assistance Program (myEAP)

Toyota would like to extend their Employee Assistance Program services to you and your immediate family members – free of charge.


myEAP is a FREE, professional and confidential psychology service that can be used for any personal or work-related issues, and to improve your general well being. The service is provided by PeopleSense, who employ experienced and qualified registered psychologists.


Access the service for FREE, for confidential support with: • Dealing with the impact of the bushfire crisis • Grief, loss and trauma • Coaching on resilience, assertiveness, communication, time management • Depression, anxiety and stress • Family or relationship problems • Children and adolescents’ mental health • Alcohol and other substance use problems • Other personal or work issues Nutrition, exercise physiology and financial advice services are also available and are provided by appropriately qualified staff, such as nutritionists and financial advisors as part of myEAP.


How many sessions can I have per annum? • 6 consultations with a psychologist • 6 consultations with a nutritionist • 4 sessions with an exercise physiologist • 1 consultation with a financial advisor These sessions are confidential. Toyota (including dealerships) will not know that you have accessed the service.


How long do I have to wait for an appointment? • Immediate access to a psychologist for emergencies – available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week • Appointments within 24 hours (phone or skype) and within 48 hours (face-to-face). For a specific location or specialist psychologist, additional time may be required. How do I access the service?
